Cutaways
Please note density, softness of hand and stability of C824, C122 & C497. These have been developed with a unique process, Confil, which enables them to be the softest backings available. "If you wear it, it better be soft." The most important thing to know about embroidery backings is that everybody does things differently. There are no hard and fast rules. What works for one will not necessarily work for another. Machine tensions, hooping tensions, thread and stitch count densities are only a few variables. That is why we offer an ever increasing variety of styles. Most problems are solved in digitizing. We can only supply the best backings, which will not solve all problems. It has become a very sophisticated business. There is no hard and fast relationship as to weight of fabrics and weight of backing. We promise to be at the forefront of the embroidery business, developing new and unique products to further our industry. |
