Designed for single layer application.
Just iron on (250 -260 degrees) - only (to eliminate shrinking)
Use lowest temperature settings silk, wool, or polyester

To cover the back of finished embroidery.
Soft , sheer and transparent.
It will barely be felt next to the skin.
Use same temperature settings.
